IL SARTO DELL\u2019AUTOMAZIONE – ARMADI ELETTRICI DI TUTTE LE MISURE<\/strong><\/h1>

In Privius ci chiamano \u201cil sarto dell\u2019automazione\u201d: un motivo c\u2019\u00e8. Abbiamo la capacit\u00e0 di sviluppare armadi e quadri elettrici su esigenze particolari, da molto piccoli a molto grandi. Due esempi:
Un armadio ottagonale molto grande<\/strong>, delle dimensioni di 3metri di altezza per 3 metri di larghezza. Per noi \u00e8 stata una bella sfida e ci siamo riusciti con molta soddisfazione del cliente. Per questa lavorazione abbiamo dovuto prestare particolare attenzione alle rifiniture e al mantenimento della solidit\u00e0 della struttura.
Solo chi sa lavorare bene il metallo pu\u00f2 capire la complessit\u00e0 nella gestione delle grandi dimensioni.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ma, non ci fermiamo nemmeno davanti alle sfide del \u201cpiccolo<\/strong>\u201d. Stiamo realizzando un armadio per un quadro elettrico da ben 6 centimetri per 6 centimetri! Il pi\u00f9 piccolo ad ora realizzato nella nostra produzione. Anche in questo caso, la manualit\u00e0 e la capacit\u00e0 artigiana \u00e8 stata necessaria per poter realizzare un manufatto cos\u00ec piccolo. I macchinari, infatti, vanno saputi adattare alle lavorazioni di lamiere con dimensioni cos\u00ec ridotte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

PRIVIUS: ELECTRICAL CABINETS OF ALL<\/b><\/p>

THE AUTOMATION TAILOR – ELECTRICAL CABINETS OF ALL SIZES<\/p>

At Privius we are called \u201cthe automation tailor\u201d-there is a reason for that. We have the ability to develop cabinets and switchboards on special requirements, from very small to very large.
Two examples:
A very large<\/strong> octagonal cabinet, measuring 3 meters high by 3 meters wide. This was quite a challenge for us and we succeeded with much satisfaction of the customer. For this workmanship we had to pay special attention to the finish and to maintaining the solidity of the structure. Only those who know how to work metal well can understand the complexity in handling large dimensions.<\/p>

But, we also do not stop at the challenges of \u201csmall<\/strong>.\u201d We are making a cabinet for an electrical panelboard as small as 6 centimeters by 6 centimeters! The smallest to date in our production. Again, manual dexterity and craftsmanship was necessary to be able to make such a small artifact. The machinery, in fact, must be able to adapt to the machining of sheet metal with such small dimensions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
